SUBJ: My pool 

To ALL at Martin Pools - from the beginning, meeting with Jordan to go over pool dimensions and patio, the dig, the finish, the tile, the pavers, and the screen enclosure, and the chemicals and pool instructions (how to operate the equipment), I thank you all. Everything was done beautifully and professionally. Also, a big big thank you to Cera for letting me know every step that was about to happen next. I would recommend Martin Pools to everyone.

Good morning, Cera, 

I contacted Coastal and have the final deck paint set up for 8/5. All irrigation and sod is complete. We've also reinstalled the fence that was down. We will be ordering alarms this week. 

Side note: Mike has been excellent throughout this whole project. Day or evening, even on weekends, he has taken my silly questions and helped us understand what we were ignorant of. He is a fantastic asset to your company, and I'd say he made this process simple by setting proper expectations and handling any issues. You hear far more bad than good, but I have zero complaints. I thought it might be refreshing to get some good accolades instead!

To the Martin Group: I have enclosed our final payment on our wonderful pool. We would like to Thank Everyone that has worked on our pool. This has been a very easy process. A huge shout out to Sarah and Mike keeping us informed and answering our questions. They were always available to help at any time. Great dynamic duo. 

Tara for the beautiful design and ideas. Everyone loves the design. Kenny and James (I think I remembered that right) the guys that took care of grading the property - they were kind, helpful, and really made sure things were all complete. We feel bad not remembering our tile guy's name. His work and detail to this project was amazing. That is a true talent. 

Finally: Pool School...Ryan gave us so much information and he explained it in terms that we understood. He has so much patience and knowledge. Thank goodness we took a video. We have been checking with Pinch a Penny and we are doing great. So, a final Thank you to all.

We also want you all to know that we are very happy with our pool and brag about the excellent workmanship that is evident when you see the pool. To the layman like us the pool looks very beautiful. When the various construction workers that accomplish tasks for us comment on the excellent workmanship, we feel we certainly selected the right pool contractor. We have had neighbors ask to see our pool as an example of a pool with a Spa. When asked “who did the pool,” we are proud to say "Martin Pools & Spas."

I would like to express my thanks to your design consultant, Jordan for designing my pool, and his professional presentation and representation of your company. Also special thanks to your scheduler, who kept me informed of all of the crew's schedules and the inspections.Each subcontractor was on time, did excellent work, and made as little disturbance as possible, and cleaned up after themselves.

Thank you for completing my pool 5 days ahead of schedule, and I would recommend your company to anyone interested in buying a quality pool.

Subject: Pool Construction Final Review (Five Stars)

First off I like to thank the entire Staff at Martin Pool & Spas, as in the beginning I was informed from my designer Wendy Leonard that it is a process, and you would have to be Patient, indeed I was and that is the best advice given the design and size. As for the Construction over all, it was a process that never stopped, each week something was completed, each week I was given a phone call from the office on the progress of the pool construction, as for the construction supervisor outstanding "Chuck "Flash" Pierson, he was always there, and quick and was always willing to help in every question I asked, outstanding. Just an overall "OUTSTANDING EXPEREINCE".

There were many Pool companies to choose from, but in the end Martin Pools offered superior service and warranty, with the combination of "Excellent Customer Service" I have to thank "Sean Bendel Office Manager, GREAT ATTUIDE AND POLITE to explain any issues I had, as things kept moving he would be sure to answer any questions. As for the office Cera was a class act all in her own, very informative, and was sure to make sure everything was done in the proper time table! High 5 to you.

Mrs. Wendy Leonard! Now this is the designer---- very good instinct, and over all great set up on the things needed to make this 19X32 pool design Sing, and blend in charm and fashion, Light show at night is like a Star Wars Movie! Just a great Jobl

Enclosing there are many, many people to thank in this company maybe too many to mention in this letter, I am absolutely humbled in the SERVICE & DESIGN I received in this project from start to finish I thank you all for such a great Job and crew, and the advice I would give anyone if they are shopping for a pool, depending on your budget, Martin Pools & Spa's is by far the #1 Pool Company I would Recommend. I thank your entire staff again, from my family to yours.

I just recently completed a Martin Pool installation and I wanted to email you on my overall experience with your company. I had heard from friends and co-workers that a pool installation can be a nightmare so I was motivated to research this project to no end. Our jobs require a lot and unfortunately we’re not home during the day so we were extremely concerned about how this fun purchase could end up being a huge mistake. I shared these thoughts with my designer, Jordan, who made us feel at ease and ultimately convinced me that Martin’s Pools & Spas was the best fit for my situation. Now that I am at the end of the process, I want to report back that Jordan was spot-on and I can’t imagine how a pool installation could be any more perfect than what I experienced from Martin Pools & Spas.

We just want to say Thank You to Martin Pools for a beautiful pool. We cannot say enough about them. Jordon created a phenomenal design and met with us whenever needed to discuss. The office staff was wonderful and so patient with us. While building, Chuck was on top of everything and was very responsive to any concerns we had. Even after the fact that the pool is completed, any concerns were addressed immediately. No doubt, the workmanship is top quality. I am so glad that we made the "Right Choice"
